Crystal Light Pure Fitness Review!
There's a new addition to the delicious Crystal Light family! Crystal Light recently releasedCrystal Light Pure Fitness in March 2010. I already am a huge fan of Crystal Light and grew up drinking Crystal Light Lemonade! I was able to taste the new Crystal Light Pure Fitness in all 3 delicious flavors: Grape, Strawberry Kiwi, and Lemon Lime.
I love that it is naturally sweetened with Truvia, an all-natural, no-calorie sweetener derived from the stevia plant. It also has no artificial sweeteners, flavors or preservatives, is gluten free, caffeine free and colored with only natural ingredients! With just 15 calories and 3 grams of sugar per serving, this has been a great way for me to stay hydrated through my busiest days and without the calories of regular fitness drinks!
What's especially great about Crystal Light Pure Fitness is that it contains electrolytes, sodium and potassium to aid in hydration during light physical activity which I would assume we all do in our everyday life anyway. Especially with the heat coming on, it is important to stay hydrated and this is a more natural, healthy and light way to do it!
Crystal Light Pure Fitness is so convenient! Just empty the packet into a water bottle or glass (2 cups) of water and shake or mix! The packets open so easy which I appreciated on the go! I keep a few in my car, tote bag and desk and it ensures I always have a drink as long as I have water! And the flavor is delicious! I honestly thought it tasted very similar to regular Crystal Light drinks and the taste was just as good if not better! My favorite is the Lemon Lime but the Grape and Strawberry Kiwi are delicious too! And it is extremely affordable compared to sodas and other sports drinks, and in my opinion better tasting and more refreshing! I recommend it especially for those that are looking for gluten free and natural beverages!
